SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — A shooting early Monday that injured a man inside a Cordova home has been ruled self-defense, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
“After an extensive investigation, SCSO detectives have determined that this shooting was in self-defense, thus no charges are forthcoming,” SCSO said in a statement.
