After producing an incredible 18 to 24 inches of rainfall across portions of Louisiana, southern Mississippi, and Alabama, Tropical Storm Arthur is now moving out of Georgia. Closer to home, a cold front is stretched across the Mid-South this morning. That front will drift a little farther south today, stall south of our area, and then lift back north as a warm front on Saturday.
For today, look for a mix of sun and clouds with pleasant temperatures for June. Highs will top out around 84 degrees, with tonight’s low near 70. Northeast winds will average 5 to 10 miles per hour.
