MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Tops Bar-B-Q restaurant at 3970 Rhodes Ave. in East Memphis reopened Thursday, months after it closed following two fires last year.
The Rhodes Avenue restaurant opened more than 65 years ago, and is the oldest operating location in the company’s local chain, which was founded in 1952.
