MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A 52-year-old was thrown into an ICE detention facility for weeks after a case of mistaken identity, his attorney told FOX13.
Victor Manuel Hernandez Romo showed up at the Immigration Court in Memphis earlier this month for his final interview for his green card. Attorney Brandon Viele said that’s when Hernandez Romo was taken into custody by federal agents.
