MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has arrested two men for illegally selling fireworks in the parking lot of a business.
According to MPD, on July 2, officers responded to a complaint regarding the illegal sale of fireworks in the parking lot of Crystal Palace on Third Street.
