MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was charged with possession of fentanyl and meth during a traffic stop by the Memphis Safe Task Force.
Demarcus Black, 37, is also facing charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell/deliver/manufacture, driving while license suspended/revoked/cancelled, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On July 12, Memphis Safe Task Force officers saw a blue Infiniti G35 with a defective windshield with a crack stretching across the driver’s side, driving on Chelsea.
