MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A male juvenile was shot and injured in Raleigh after police say he was heading home from his girlfriend’s house early Tuesday morning, police say.
Officers say they responded to a home in the 3000 block of Carnoustie Road before 3:30 a.m. after receiving a call that a male victim had been shot.
Upon their arrival, they spoke with a female complainant who said that the victim, whom she identified as her boyfriend, had left her residence at 2:53 a.m. to go home…
