Mississippi poultry royalty is getting ready to cluck its way into the hearts and stomachs of Memphis-area diners. Connie’s Chicken has set its sights on Olive Branch for its fourth location, and it should be ready to welcome customers before the year is out, reports Commercial Appeal.
The restaurant will be opening at 8220 Goodman Road. If all goes according to plan, owners Nickle Smith, Tres Braswell and Chad Blalack anticipate being customer-ready in early October.
Olive Branch chicken enthusiasts are in for a treat. Connie’s Chicken crafts all of its dishes from incredibly fresh, never-frozen ingredients.
