Judge finds probable cause in repo driver attempted murder case

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A judge found probable cause in an attempted murder case after a tow truck driver was accused of hitting a man in the head with a metal jack handle.

The tow truck driver/repo man, Taylor Douget, is now charged with attempted second-degree murder.

On June 12, Douget was accused of punching a man in the face and hitting him in the head with a metal jack handle after arguing over a repossessed vehicle.

Prosecutors allege Douget became irate, shouted racial slurs at the victim, before hitting him in the head…
