MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A boy was hit by a car Wednesday morning in Raleigh, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Officers say minutes after 7 a.m., they were called to a one-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian in the 3100 block of Raleigh Millington Road.
