MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The City of Memphis will open its Emergency Cooling Center Saturday as extreme heat continues across the area.
The cooling center will be open from noon until 8 p.m. Saturday, August 15, at the Hospitality Hub, located at 590 Washington Avenue.
