MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A young man was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Frayser early Tuesday morning, the Memphis Police Department said.
Memphis Police officers arrived to the Greenbriar Apartments in Frayser just after 4:00 Tuesday morning for the shooting call. FOX13 crews on scene saw officers roping off both the front and back of one of the buildings with crime scene tape and scouring the outside of the building for evidence.
