MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The City of Memphis is hitting pause on a nearly 10-year-old plan to extend Paul R. Lowry Road.
The proposed 2.2- to 2.7-mile-long extension would create a second access point to the Frank C. Pidgeon Industrial Park in Southwest Memphis, home to Colossus 1, the data center run by Elon Musk’s SpaceXAI.
