Man accused of kidnapping driver at gunpoint after crash

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is facing four counts of aggravated assault after police say he pulled an AR-15-style weapon on a driver and her three passengers following a fender-bender Wednesday night in East Memphis.

The victim told officers she was in a minor accident at the Robin Hood Park apartments complex and pulled over after the crash.

She said she saw the other driver, later identified as Hontario Lee, exit his vehicle armed with an AR-15 gun and immediately drove away in fear.
