MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Five pallets containing multiple drugs, including synthetic kratom, and $1 million were seized from a local wholesale distributor by the West Tennessee Drug Task Force.
On Oct. 1, agents conducted two warrants on warehouses belonging to Novelty King in Memphis and Collierville.
Agents seized five pallets of illegal synthetic kratom, marijuana products, and over $1 million in cash.
According to the Novelty King Wholesale website, kratom is listed for sale in extract shots, extract capsules, extract powders, extract gummies, and extract disposables.
