MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A fugitive from justice has been apprehended one year after his accidental release thanks to the efforts of the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service.
The SCSO said on Wednesday around 1:25 p.m., agents and deputies apprehended Anthony Green, who had been erroneously released from custody in September 2025.
