MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Downtown Memphis is not as lively as leaders want it to be. Visitors are attracted to the area, but Memphis residents say there is more that could be done, as the Downtown Memphis Commission noted progress and what still needs to happen in its State of Downtown presentation.
