MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Two separate crashes are causing traffic delays on Wednesday morning. One westbound lane and one shoulder lane are blocked on I-240 at Millbranch Road due to a multi-vehicle crash. There is another crash on I-40 at Watkins Street causing traffic delays. The left lane is blocked.
