MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Forrest City, Arkansas, woman is behind bars in Crittenden County, accused of leading Arkansas State Police (ASP) on a high-speed chase into West Memphis. 19-year-old Kyla Morrow is charged with fleeing, aggravated assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and reckless driving. Morrow is being held in the Crittenden County Jail.
