MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – One day after the tabling of the vote to reappoint Memphis Police Chief CJ Davis, questions are mounting about what the Memphis City Council decided. Davis is now serving as interim chief after the council unanimously opted to honor the request of Mayor Paul Young and table the chief’s reappointment vote for a later date.
