MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A teen accused of stealing a Dodge Challenger Hellcat was arrested by deputies in Hickory Hill Wednesday.
Timothy Felix, 18, was charged with unlawful possession, prohibited weapon (machine gun), simple possession, and possession of fob programming equipment along with previous warrants of theft of property $60,000 – $250,000 and evading arrest in auto.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said Felix stole the Hellcat in November 2023. The car was discovered at his home on Pinehill Park Drive near Kirby Parkway.

When deputies arrived at the scene, Felix fled in the stolen car.
Detectives with the Burglary, Robbery, and Auto Theft (BRAT) unit positively identified Felix as the suspect and issued warrants for theft of property and felony evading arrest, the sheriff’s office said.
On Wednesday, around 10 a.m., the BRAT unit served an arrest warrant for Felix at his home and he was taken into custody.
