MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Two men were arrested in the shooting death of a tax office employee in Frayser, records show. Marquel Anderson, 20, and Isaiah Williams, 19, were charged with First-Degree Murder in Perpetration of Robbery and Especially Aggravated Robbery after an employee was found shot to death inside A Better Day Tax Solutions on Monday, Feb. 5, 2024, records show.
