MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man is dead after a shooting on Sunday morning. Officers responded to the shooting just before 3:40 a.m. on Harbert Avenue. The victim was found and pronounced dead on the scene. Two people are detained, according to police. This is an ongoing investigation.
