MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Animal Services (MAS) issued an emergency plea on Friday, asking for help with 36 dogs who have been exposed to CDV. The dogs, including a litter of puppies and their mother, need help getting out of the shelter before their incubation period ends and before they potentially start shedding the virus to other dogs at the shelter, putting the entire population in danger and possibly causing another shutdown, MAS said.
