MEMPHIS, Tenn. – An abandoned house went up in flames Saturday morning in the Medical District, fire officials said. According to the Memphis Fire Department (MFD), crews responded just before 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 to a commercial fire on Leath Street near Poplar Avenue, just down the road from Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.
