MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – U.S. Marshals have captured the Memphis man accused of beating and abducting since-found Shannon Scott. Memphis police issued a citywide alert on April 27 after Scott was kidnapped from a home on Grey Bark Drive. Joseph Brown, 32, was immediately identified as the suspect responsible for her disappearance.
