MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Three people have been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $600,000 from Saddle Creek Title company in East Memphis. According to Shelby County Court records, Ruth Kerr, 56, and Jacqueline Paris, 45, made multiple unauthorized wire transfers to RBS Properties, operated by the third suspect, 58-year-old Rusty Shelton.
