Tennessee board reviewing disciplinary violations in state prison system 2 years after Eliza Fletcher’s murder

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Two years ago this week, Memphis mother Eliza Fletcher was kidnapped and murdered. Days after her body was found in South Memphis, the Action News 5 Investigators uncovered that her alleged killer was released early from prison because of “good time” credits, even though prison records show he committed dozens of major violations behind bars.
