MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man was charged with aggravated assault after a shooting Friday morning outside a McDonald’s in southeast Memphis left a man injured, records show. Rodolfo Giron, 26, is facing seven counts of aggravated assault in connection with a shooting in the parking of the fast food restaurant on Getwell Road near Interstate 240. Police previously said it happened just before 8 a.m. Sept. 20, 2024.
