According to its Google Business page and permits filed with Develop901, the fast-food spot is undergoing major electrical upgrades.
Representatives of Carrols Corporation , the franchisee behind this location, have not yet responded to inquiries from What Now Memphis , leaving the duration of the closure unclear.
With approximately 19,000 locations worldwide, Burger King is the second-largest fast-food hamburger chain. While the Whopper is the eatery’s signature item, the menu also includes chicken sandwiches, nuggets, pies, and more.
Syracuse, New York-based Carrols Corporation operates over 1,000 Burger King and Popeyes locations in the United States, including many in the Greater Memphis area.
