MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A woman is dead after a shooting took place Thursday in North Memphis. Officers with the Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting Oct. 3 just after midnight in the 1000 block of Oakmont Place. They found a woman seriously hurt, and first responders took her to Regional One Health in critical condition.
