MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man was arrested and charged in the death of a 41-year-old woman who was shot and killed in Hyde Park last week, records show. Joshua Banks, of Memphis, was charged with second-degree murder and booked into the Shelby County jail, records show. The 43-year-old is being held on a $400,000 bond.
