MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A 20-year-old is accused of shooting and killing a man after an argument. Dominic Watkins, 20, is charged with first-degree murder. On Sunday, just before 10:20 a.m., Memphis police responded to a shooting on Capen Avenue. A victim was found and pronounced dead on the scene.
