PARAGOULD, Ark. – A suspect from Memphis was arrested recently for allegedly stealing over $5,000 worth of eyeglasses frames from a vision center in Paragould. The probable cause affidavit, released on October 8, states that on Sept. 3, the defendant and a co-defendant came to Walmart, 2802 W. Kingshighway, visited the Vision Center, and tried on multiple pairs of glasses.
