MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a warning about the resurgence of a Venezuelan gang throughout the state’s major cities, including Memphis. TBI Director David Rausch told Governor Bill Lee that Venezuelan gang “Tren De Aragua” or “TDA,” is currently behind human trafficking rings, drug trade, and organized retail theft cross the state of Tennessee.
