MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Two minors and a 20-year-old have been charged after a police chase-turned-crash in Whitehaven days before Christmas. The Memphis Police Department says that Brain (spelled according to law enforcement records) Tate and two underaged boys were captured Sunday after fleeing from a stolen car that they crashed during a high-speed chase.
