MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman has been arrested in the shooting death of a man in a Lakeland campground last week.
Tiffany Baldwin, 38, was arrested Thursday morning in the death of Timm Rudolph, 58, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said.
Baldwin was arrested in Earle, Arkansas with the help of Arkansas State Police and the U.S. Marshals. She is charged with second-degree murder and is in the Crittenden County jail awaiting extradition.
Man dead after shooting at Memphis East Campground
Deputies responded to a report of a fight around 9:30 last Wednesday night at the Memphis East Campground on Justin Lake Cove in Lakeland.
When they arrived they were told a shot had been fired. Rudolph was found dead on the ground and the shooter had left the scene.
A warrant was issued for Baldwin. Authorities say they believe the killing was domestic-related.
