MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man was arrested after a police chase of a stolen car across state lines ended with a crash in Memphis, records show. Jordan Franklin was charged with several offenses, including property theft and evading arrest, according to his arrest affidavit. Records show that the 21-year-old was booked into the Shelby County jail on a $50,000 bond.
