SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) – The bond has been raised for a man accused of having drugs, weapons, and three stolen vehicles. According to SCSO, Andre Scott had been arrested multiple times, with the most recent being on January 3; Scott was taken into custody after officers found illegal substances, weapons, and three stolen vehicles at his home.
