MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man is accused of ramming into Memphis Police cars in an attempt to get away. Trae Payne is charged with two counts of assault against a first responder, evading arrest in an automobile, evading arrest on foot, reckless endangerment, violation of vehicle registration, failure to exercise due care, and resisting official detention.
