MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was severely injured late Thursday night after a shooting in South Memphis, police say.
Officers were called to a shooting just before 9:30 p.m. on South Cooper Street and East McLemore Avenue. A male victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was then taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.
