MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A $2 million bond has been set for a man accused of a robbery that turned into a murder in South Memphis last year.
Kenneth Malone, 23, is facing a first-degree murder and aggravated robbery charge. His bond was set to $2 million after a request from the defense.
MPD: Arrest made months after fatal South Memphis shooting
The case will now proceed to state court after a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
The state determined that there was probable cause in the case.
