MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – With the community still mourning the loss of Pastor Ricky Floyd and suspect Samantha Marion facing a voluntary manslaughter charge, a new video has emerged capturing Pastor Floyd moments before the deadly shooting.
In the video, courtesy of Marion’s attorney, John Keith Perry, Pastor Floyd is seen exiting a white vehicle and moving towards someone off-camera, whom Attorney Perry confirms is Samantha Marion, during a verbal altercation.
“She has been nothing but a good citizen for years,” said Perry. “She defended herself when she was facing grave, grave danger and because of that, she is hurled into the criminal justice system, hopefully for a short period of time.”…
