MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Friday night, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office cracked down on crime in the Southwind area. Deputies and state troopers took part in a saturation of the unincorporated area southeast of Memphis city limits to serve warrants, conduct traffic stops and more.
“We’ve got detectives, we’ve got deputies, we’ve got a collection of folks who are looking, watching and waiting,” SCSO Chief Deputy Anthony Buckner said.
