MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Police have identified the body of a 19-year-old woman who was found outside Union Pacific Railroad on Melrose Street.
Police are investigating Jahzaria Lewis’ death. Officers found her body on Thursday, March 20 just after 8:00 a.m.
