MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A sister is still in pain after her brother died in a car fire in February 2022.
Over three years later, Memphis Police are still searching for the suspect who took his life.
According to MPD, Marcus Jefferson, 41, was found in a vehicle engulfed in flames near Carnes and the Airways Boulevard overpass.
“The way he was murdered, it took us weeks, weeks to get him identified,” said the victim’s sister Shalissa Jefferson. “He was a phenomenal brother. The only brother I had.”…
