MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department is currently investigating an alleged aggravated assault that took place at a Happy Mexican restaurant on Tuesday morning.
At the Happy Mexican off Primacy Parkway, a man refused to pay his bill and attempted to leave, according to MPD.
