MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was arrested in connection to a Soulsville shooting that left two people dead and two others injured in January.
Police say the deadly shooting stemmed from an altercation during a dice game.

Lorenzo Brown, 31, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.
Reports say on January 29, at around 3:30 p.m., the Memphis Police Department responded to a shooting in the 900 block of College Park Drive. When they arrived in the area, officers saw Lorenzo Brown suffering from a gunshot wound near the intersection of College Park Drive and Walker Avenue.
Two shooting victims were then found lying outside a house on College Park Drive, and inside the home, three more victims were found in the kitchen area suffering from gunshot wounds…
