MEMPHIS, Tenn. – One man is detained after a child accidentally shot themselves Sunday afternoon, the Memphis Police Department said.
Just before 1:00 Sunday afternoon, MPD said, officers were sent to the fire station at 2034 S. Lauderdale for a shooting victim that had been brought there. Police said a child had been injured and was taken to Le Bonheur, but is expected to recover.
