MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A car crashed into the back of a school bus in Oakland, Tennessee on Monday morning, trapping a person inside the wreckage.
The crash took place in Eads, Tennessee at Highway 64 and Hickory Lake Road in the eastbound lanes around 6:17 a.m. Fayette County Public Schools says a car rear-ended bus 88 while 10 students were on board and another was about to board.
Reports say a person inside the car was trapped and had to be rescued by the Oakland Fire Department. They were taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
The bus was headed toward Fayette Ware Comprehensive High School at the time of the crash. None of the students were injured…
